On my excursions through the small towns and the countryside in Illinois, I found this beauty. Between traveling for work and doing some work on my house in my downtime I haven't really had the chance to focus on photography. I did get out when back working in Illinois to get a few old barns and such. Always a release from the day to day grind.

I did complete about 80% of my bathroom this weekend. I cleaned and reorganized the closets and painted the entire bathroom a new color. New flooring comes next and then I'm going to frame the mirror with old barn wood. It has a spa like feel now and I'm pleased with the work I've done. Will look even better with the new floor and the frame. Then, my work is complete in there. Then, on to the kitchen and spare bathroom. It is much needed especially when I put the house on the market.
