Seemed this fellow had a run in with another car. There are paper plates on the car so it was just purchased. The man just paced back and forth and looked so worried. My heart just went out to him. They had to direct traffic around the accident. Doesn't look like anyone was hurt.

Oh, how sad. Hopefully it was properly insured, but even then, his rates might go up? Who knows. Glad that nobody got hurt.
