Mickayla was eating a peach today and it reminded me of the time I first heard The Allman Brothers. My favorite song off this album was Melissa. The album was "Eat a Peach". I always said if I had a daughter I would name her Melissa after a good friend of mine back in high school. She passed away at the early age of 19 due to a diabetic coma and whenever I hear this song it always reminds me of her. Unfortunately, I never had children so never got the chance to name a daughter Melissa but my friend still lives in my heart. Hope you enjoy the song!
