MEMORIES - FISHING AT SUNRISE

Lake Hawkins, TX

I remember a time when I was fairly young and my Daddy took me on a fishing trip weekend. It was just him and me and another dentist friend of his. We went fishing at sunrise in a boat which was a first for me. And going on that trip with just Daddy was even more special. This brought back that memory today.

Oh Cindi, this is just outstanding...stunning! It's one of those heart-grabbers for sure! Brings back fond memories for me as well...fishing with my daddy. With six kids in the family, it was truly special to get to go alone with my dad. We fished creeks...him fly fishing, me following behind spinner fishing. To this day, I'll follow my dad around any stream anywhere, don't care one hoot if I catch anything or not. My deep love of the outdoors came from those early times with him. Thanks for the stroll down memory lane, and again...awesome shot! Love the reflection on the boat and fisherman standing up in it.
