MEMORIES - STEAMING HATS

The first time I saw someone doing this was when I was with an old boyfriend about 22 years ago and he'd bought a new felt cowboy hat. He had the guy steam it for the shape he wanted. When I saw this man, I had to get a pic because it took me back. They do amazing things to shape cowboy hats using this method.
