Have been lucky this week with all the stuff going on in the park downtown. That's what I love about downtown. Something is always going on.

Anywho.....there were opera singers there today. Brought back memories of my sister and I putting towels on our heads (to imitate long hair) and robes and we had opera shows on the back porch. I remember making up songs and singing in my best opera voice and the kid across the alley coming over and telling us it sounded like someone stepped on a cat. We didn't care. It was fun. We also had ballet shows on the back porch too. Ahhhh....the memories.

By the way, I made up my own lyrics of what they were singing. Anita and I laughed about that today. I know, that's why they won't let me into the Opera anymore. :)
