you should see those dollars at work in Chicago ... it took 7 gov. paid workers 7 hr to find a water meter in front of our building, because previous crew buried it when planting a new grass???!!!

LOL! Can't help but giggle at this. In our city, our tax dollars are ripping up a major thoroughfare to remove rail lines from the 1900's. They claim that the lines are interfering with the road drainage. After 110 years? Gimme a break.
