Bewildered grapes

Also known as harlots. These are small
bunches of grapes that are a result of
a second flowering of the main vine,
usually on the smaller branches. During
the vendange, these grapes are generally
not yet ripe and hence ignored. A few
weeks after the harvest, these late bunches
start to ripen. They are ideal for a nice
brew of home made pineau.
