Electric-Storm, Les Leves

We had some impressive spectacles of nature here.
Lighting above the clouds, of two separate thunder
storms in the distance. The severest of them probably
followed the Garonne river about 20km south of Les Lèves.
Dry thunder, without sound...
Just a beautifully illuminated sky for several hours.

Wow is right!! Incredible shot. The bright white church and the thunderbolt really balance the image in a dramatic way. Well done!

Powerful! I love the sanctuary of light amidst the darkness, Kees. Wish the caption text were a contrasting color though. Can't quite make it out.
