The Eldar player wants to CC the Nobz at the back of the formation so barges (3.3.1) the boyz aside. Since the Warlock is DC8 it can barge up to 16 units which is plenty here. Since you don't place units atop other units the last boyz unit is temporarily moved out of the way.
