Now more of an industrial estate than a shipyard, the tall shed remains, for now, as a sign of the once thriving ship industry along the river.

To the left of the shed, the former Dutch navy ship luymes can be seen which was at one time a project of mr willment.

The intention was to convert the former hydrographic survey vessel into a large luxury yacht but this never came to fruition and apart from one spell in a drydock where the hull was cleaned and painted the ship remained laid up in the same place for over 30 years before being broken up for scrap at new Holland along the river humber.
