NGC 3766 or the Pearl Cluster

Cootamundra, NSW

NGC 3766, a fine scattered open cluster in the constellation of Centaurus. This Open Cluster is some 12 arc minutes across and merges into a rich starfield containing orange, yellow, white and bluish stars.

Takahashi TSA-120 fitted with the Takahashi 35 Flattener giving a focal length of 882mm or f/7.35.
