IC 2391

Cootamundra, NSW.

IC 2391 or Omicon Velorum Cluster, an Open cluster in the southern constellation of Vela, covers an area of sky about 50 arc minutes and contains about 30 stars, it is visible to the naked eye at an intergrated magnitude of 2.5.

Faint nebulosity is visible covering the background.

Takahashi TSA-102 with Reducer/Flattener at f/6.0.
