The artist's vision

Half Moon Bay, California

I happened upon this man in the midst of painting a mural on the side of a building
and asked if I could shoot a picture. It was fun to see what he was seeing in his mirrored lenses!

This is an extremely interesting photo, Carol - it exists on more than one level. It's both a simile and a metaphor.

way cool! voted have you layered the pic of him on top of the wall? could you write and let me know and... my pad a few days ago in toronto for an international conference... with everything going on ion the city all i did was shoot this enormous bouiding wall near my outdoor parking lot that was so so so white with a pic the parking attendant said 4 men all came an did it toether... anyway take a peak and i experimented to get the whites really whtie like alundry without loosing the brick detail... and then lookied at what the blinky thing, if you know what i mean looked like...anyway i ramble, i like your shot a lot! best, don in maine ps going from montreal to torotno my pad was a blue door silver barn, and leaving toroto for maine on july 4th my pad was a bit of chickory in front of an abondoed old house... and since i have now writeen my first novel here i may as well add that my 18,000 most all of which are not backed up,,,will not open up in iphot on my mac! help! :)

Wow, this one is fascinating. The whole picture reflects your title. The contrast of the colours are great !
