The wing tip pattern on this GBBG looking bird is different than the typical GBBG. The head shape seems wrong and in some of the photos the head seems rather/too large for the body. Which could be a female GBBG, but the wing tips are very confusing, a slight bar on P10 and a large bar on P9. Not typical of Herring or GBBG.
