When I found this bird at Sandy Point it was feeding with the white- rumps on an incoming tide. It was not associating with the dunlins as might think it would. This made it much easier to pick out. It took me a while to convince myself I was seeing what I was seeing. I believe it is the first juv. Record for Massachusetts.
