Miri Leshem led a wonderful workshop for children aged 8+ at the Pinat Teva, Nature Corner, (set up in loving memory of my mom) in the children's library at Beit Ariela. There were about 20 kids. Three activity stations were set up: one at the light table, one working with scales and weights, one working with the microscope. In addition, there was the challenge to open a geode rock and see the incredible quartz crystals that had formed inside. The parents who were there also helped with the various activities.
