I titled this image "Dolphin Butterfly" because the leaf shape and black spot reminded me of a dolphin's body.
We don't usually pair a butterfly, a creature of the air, with a dolphin, a creature of the ocean.
The leaf, abstracted as a dolphin, becomes as alive as the butterfly.
The butterfly silhouette also abstracts the image, while the green infuses vibrant life as we enter the season of spring.
