Leeds

Went to a meeting in Leeds yesterday and got there a bit early so had a quick walk around the canal.
The tall building is Bridgewater Place, the tallest building in Yorkshire.

Is Bridgewater Place the building that when it's windy it causes a wind tunnel which blows people over in the street outside, causing injury?
