Castle Howard

Howardian Hills

Two hour journey home in blizzards was not nice tonight.
Hopefully get some winter scenes tomorrow though since the
Blackpool PBase mini meet is cancelled.

Home was never like this..... :0)
Better to be safe than sorry...Blackpool in Spring maybe is a better idea

Imposing grandeur in a beautiful setting.
I have spent summer days in Blackpool that were cold and bleak ...
- a visit during winter does not sound appealing.

I think we'd have been ok for Blackpuddle - the only dodgy bit would be risk of icy roads first thing... ah well. The ol' house is looking as posh as ever :o)

Gorgeous scenic and castle. Love it with the water in the foreground and in monotone. V.
