Ol Ranger Beer Brewing Station

Another "Jim 'n I" project. Start Date Dec 1, 2007.
Finish Date Feb 8, 2008
Final Design didn't incorporate the upper arms we originally intended to use.
The upper arms would provide support to tip the mash tun when dumping grain.
We may add the arms to the center frame at a later date.
The overall design is loosely based on the Brutus Ten by Alenuts.
The "Therminator" Chiller works amazingly well. I cools the 10 gals of wort from boiling to below 80 in less than 10 minutes.

We might build another one at some point.
Possible upgrades: Stainless Steel Quick disconnects ($$)on hoses rather than brass.
Piezo electric igniters on burners rather than pilots but this would require additional electronics
Stainless Frame ($$)
Gas Valve control panel; this would be easier to adjust flame but the current design is fine.

In the mean time, it's time to brew beer!
