NGC 253 is a majestic star burst spiral galaxy and is only 11 Million light years away, in the constellation of
Sculptor. The relative proximity of the galaxy to our Milky Way galaxy, means lots of features are visible within
its disc. Conspicuous, filamentous columns of rising dust and gas emanate from its central regions around the core
and many distant galaxies can be seen strewn all over the background
*NB: No Blur Exterminator or other AI based sharpening, was used on this data.
