This is exceptionally detailed! The yellow outer part around the Homunculus is the remains of a previous outburst prior to the 1843 eruption that created the Homunculus. X-ray images show a third outer part, which indicates another past outburst episode. How this star still has some mass left is a mystery?! Poor Keyhole will be evaporated by the huge amount of radiation when Eta Carinae goes hypernova!!!! Enjoy this view while it lasts!
