The day began with mostly cloudy and a bit cool; it was spent mostly cruising the river. We listened to a lecture on the 3 Gorges Dam. About 2:30 PM we docked and spent a bit of time in the local dockside market. While the previous day’s market featured pets and plants, this one was all beverages and snack foods. After a little time here we boarded the bus for the grade school. Upon returning from the grade school we got a bottle of Chinese wine and stocked up on Tsingtao beer.
