Nice to see creative use of a cellphone cam here - the lower qualities of the sensor and the lens inherent in the design are used in the composition and atmosphere of the shot to good effect.

Writing takes concentration at any age, but watching a young person doing it, reminds us what pains we took to learn. Putting us on the page is a clever idea which delivers another engaging portrait. The noise is very evident but not at all distracting, rather the opposite.
