Thanks everyone for the supportive comments. Don't worry, Frankie, I was acting. Making this photo in my idea of film noir style and seeing the result gave me a happy heart. The virtue in this shot, (my guess at least), comes from shooting it so early in the morning. I couldn't sleep from mosquites, so at first light with only a small opening in the curtains I was setting up the shot. The light was ideal.
