A hookah cafe can be a good place for lunch breaks.

Quite interesting. Must be the local "smoke club". The Logo on the sign is a pipe.... and many of the patrons seem to be enjoying a smoke. Such a noticeable culture difference. They couldn't' get away with that in the States anymore. Nice capture.

I like the gritty, real, slice-of-life feel to this scene...very lower-middle class - the working class - still capturing the cultures and the atmosphere. All the more interesting in Dubai, where most of us only ever see the glitzy, glamorous tourist areas!

Thanks, Konstantin, for your kind comment. Actually, this was shot in Dubai, in the part of town where many Pakistanis live. But yes, I have tried a hookah in Turkey, although it wasn't quite to my liking.

Traveller, this is very colorful and full of life. Well seen and captured. Have you tried water pipe by your visit in Egypt ?
