Let It Snow!

Gaussian blur applied to duplicate layer, erased parts for sharper areas, set to overlay, adjusted opacity, then merged the layers. Then a blue/white fill layer was added next, and I erased part of the fill layer to reveal the snowmen in a *snowstorm*. Adjusted opacity and merged layers to create final image. Some cloning out of distrating details...
