Bowl Full of Glass

When I was looking at the various reflections, I discovered a kind of scary face in one of the glass pebbles. Can you see it? It's definitely not me...

Sky, it's nice to know that I'm not alone in the "madness". Maybe this ability is a sign of at least some potential for creativity/imagination. Unlike you, so far I have yet to really manifest it photographically speaking, but hopefully that is in my future. I noticed the star, but wasn't seeing the lizard image and I know I was looking at the right green one. Then all of a sudden it just popped into view. At this point we are probably dealing with the power of suggestion, but it's fun and a nice diversion from the cold and rain that looms outside. ; )

Yes!! Lora, I do see that. I am curious as to know whether you saw the 'lizard/Godzilla like' reflection that I saw. From the face that you saw, there is a clear crystal below that with a beautiful star on it. Then there is a green crystal. There is one more green crystal to the left and there resides the image that I saw - which I felt was awesome. Wow - the more I look at this photo, the more that I keep seeing. Absolutely stunning.

This kind of thing is so interesting to me. I don't know if we project these images from our psyche and it somehow becomes part of the collective consciousness or what. Sky, I don't go around seeing images of the Virgin Mary in a piece of toast or the like. I can't remember how much that went for on Ebay. ; ) But I do see recognizable things amidst patterns at times. I faux finished one of my bathrooms, ragged on with three different colors, and I see all sorts of faces and creatures in those random patterns. Here's what I see here....just below the top bright blue pebble that is partially cropped off toward the left side there is a clear pebble. It is sort of nestled between two other blue pebbles. In it I see a face which looks sort of like a cross between the Joker in Batman and the rocker Marilyn Manson. Pure white face with dark lips, one wide open menacing eye, the other eye is closed, pointly witchlike nose and dark stringy hair. See it now?

Lora - do you also see faces in carpeting, ceilings, wallpaper and so forth? I do. I swear that a handsome pirate's face is stamped on my bathroom flooring. And yes - I do see the face of a monster in your awesome photo. Looks like a giant lizard. It's in the green glass crystal on the left - the one laying on top of the clear glass crystal. There is a blue glass crystal right below the monster. I can make out his eye - his scales - his teeth. It's remarkable. ALSO - there is a beautiful star on the white glass crystal to the far right. Lora - this is quite beautiful. The colors are striking and this photo holds much interest for the beholder.

Nice composition - I love the bright colors and the sparkly reflected lights in the pebbles! I don't see the scary face.

Well, not sure if what I'm seeing is the face, but a great composition anyway! I like the patterned light reflected in the glass as well.
