Wow...very atmospheric shot with great light and cloud, and the light play through the flag is very strong. If that were an American flag, this image could be the iconic scene from the national Anthem of the United States "...that our flag was still there," after the battle of Ft. McHenry in 1814. Very well captured.

Thanks very much Sky, Denise and Frank for the nice comments. Yes it was stormy this morning. Several flags got blown away and they removed one of the flagpoles of the roof of the building. Sometimes the the sun (almost) popped up out of the drifting clouds which gave some incredible light. By the way shot from behind glass.

Jo - awesome shot! Appears that the sun is trying to pop out of the ominous clouds from behind the flagpole. This photo has it all - from frozen motion to lights & shadows.
