Very lovely image and great patterns. I think it is so fun to find objects in our homes that fit the Challenge theme.

I thought it might be the base of a lamp but that it might be an old one. Very nice shot, I like it!

Actually this is a pictures on a fairly new lamp that I have in my living room. It was produced to look distressed and old. Thanks for the kind words.

Very nice entry for the challenge AzNai, good exposure and your focus is right on. I like the pattern formed by black and white tiles. This object appears to be very old, can you tell us something about it?
