Actually this is a pictures on a fairly new lamp that I have in my living room. It was produced to look distressed and old. Thanks for the kind words.

Very nice entry for the challenge AzNai, good exposure and your focus is right on. I like the pattern formed by black and white tiles. This object appears to be very old, can you tell us something about it?
