Thank you John, Daniel, Helen, and Ann for those wonderful comments; more than I really deserve but I'll take 'em anyway :-) The film is supposed to be movie film that ran at 24 frames per second. Since my filmstrip shows only five frames, it represents only about a fifth of a second. That was the reason I didn't show any forward movement of the train. If anyone is interested in seeing the actual photo of the engine, I put it on my web site athttp://homepage.mac.com/adoerge/Engine.html
