The "London Eye" with a height of 135 meters
is the world's tallest observation wheel
and it affords the most beautiful views of London
in one slow thirty minutes' turn.
As far as "on-topicness" goes:
No, I don't think the "London Eye" is a toy;
but, yes, I *do* consider sightseeing to be a hobby
(and a wonderful one too...)!
