Thank you both. It wasn't too hard. The room had a dark carpet so the dice would stand out...lighting was normal 100-watt ceiling lamp...I kept the shutter slow to get the blur, and the camera was on my tripod fully compacted. It took 5-10 shots to get the dice to cooperate and land in the frame. In the 1-sec exposure you couldn't make out the dice, so I took a second shot of the dice where they landed (giving me the freedom to choose snake eyes!), then added the motion streak layer blended in 'lighten' mode.
