OK, so this is cheating a little bit, but it's still a white egg on a piece of white paper. This was taken on a chair under a south facing window. The sun isn't quite shining in the window yet. There's stuff on the chair and the paper had to drape over the stuff creating this lovely shadow. I'm happy with this one. I cropped slightly and adjusted levels just a little. I feel I have enough room around the egg and that the tiny suggestion of darkness on the upper right corner leads the eye to the egg. I might darken this corner a little for a print, not sure yet. I like the shadow in front of the egg, it's prominent yet not harsh edged which I was getting with my artificial light source. The diagonal shadow in the back is what I think "makes" this photo. I'd consider this a typical Dee photo if I had what I thought was a "style."
