Not for voting...just an example

No special technique...just trial-and-error shooting until I got one I liked.
Using a tripod and remote allows me to choose any f-stop I want...and to compose better.

I forgot to say...this votive was placed in front of a colored stained glass section of window to achieve the greenish cast to the background. MFC
