i like the movement in the clouds... not sure why the title is insensitive though? seems ok to me...

Yes, it is HDR but blended in various degrees with some of the original exposures

Wonderful capture - I love the sharp details in the buildings, and the dramatic sky! Is this an HDR combination of several exposures?

The clarity in the foreground is absolutely amazing. The sky and composition in general are also very dramatic and powerful. Since you added a star, I will say that I find the title somewhat insensitive. Great image though.
