I myself am always on the hunt for smeared walls like this! You know it'll eventually get erased, so in essence a brief moment in time gets captured. This shot really intrigues me, and looks to be almost 40 years old! There's texture and pattern here, both of which are scattered to different extents throughout the scene!

Normally I do not like "smearings" in public places. But I completely understand and share with you that there is something what makes it so attractive for photography. I like this one for the visible texture of the wall, which is overlayed with patterns of letters. It is obviously not about beauty, but with respect to modern art beauty is not the aim anyway. Thanks for sharing this. I like it very much.
