I sort of overdid the ISO on this, but really like the 3-D kind of aspect.

Nikon D200 ,Nikkor 24-120mm f/3.5-5.6D AF
1/20s f/5.3 at 75.0mm iso400, handheld hide exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

I can understand why some might not like this. We're conditioned to celebrate the "bloom on the rose", and "dead-head" those that are past their prime. Nice color and composition, with a good contrasting background. Gordon
