Well, I cheated! the shot was handheld but the wheel was stopped! I wanted to capture the flag in an upright position so I had to wait a bit while the evenong sky slowly darkened.

really nice wheel Michael, ive shot a few myself on film and i know how tough it is to shoot these with slow shutter speeds and a moving wheel. Well done..great color and no noise /ZipperZ
