Rigged a Star Lantern with a small light bulb powered by 2 AAA bateries (hidden inside the star). Revisited a favorite tree of mine for this challenge and hanged the Star Lantern.

Clever idea (as usual) using the star lantern Sonny. This is just beautiful, the lower part looks like fire!

Awesome colors you found there! I had to look for a bit to find that star. Nice picture.

Gaurav, forgot to respond to your first comment. I know the star that you're talking about - the one that sits on top of a Christmas Tree. This one is a bit different though - it is one of the many star lanterns used to hang around trees outside that are powered by 110 volts. I had to borrow one from my brother to modify it to make the power source more portable. Thanks again for the feedback. BTW, I also changed the border to white to get rid of that disturbing white line.

Thanks, Gaurav for the comment. I don't know how that white line got there. I may have to change the border frame color from black to white to get rid of it. Thanks for the feedback.

* - also I see a white line at the edge of the top border of the picture - not sure if you intended for it to be there? ~ gk

What a beautifully saturated picture Sonny - nice idea too! Shouldnt the star be at the top of the tree though :)?
