Glass wine was placed in front of a black shoe box. A slave flash unit was placed behind the shoe box facing a white wall. The light was split in half by the shoe box. The on-camera flash that was pointed backwards (to avoid reflecting onto the glass) triggered the slave. The greeting "Cheers!" was added during post processing.

Beautiful lighting...I would have prefered the "Cheers" on the inside of the card. I think it takes away from the beauty of the photography.
