Glass wine was placed in front of a black shoe box. A slave flash unit was placed behind the shoe box facing a white wall. The light was split in half by the shoe box. The on-camera flash that was pointed backwards (to avoid reflecting onto the glass) triggered the slave. The greeting "Cheers!" was added during post processing.
