Intruder

My backyard shade garden-northern Indiana

The turtle hiding in the hostas was created in a "sculptural junkyard" in north-central Wisconsin.

With the thumb I thought this was about the sculptural qualities of hostas. Then I caught the rusty little guy second time around. I like the colors in this, with the greens, and then the whites repeated in the hostas, the cat, and the turtle's eyes. - Ro

Thanks, Deb. I was shooting the sculpture when Cassie the Cat appeared. This was the only one with both cat & turtle in focus. The cat & the hosta garden are both featured in my PBase galleries. Bev

Beautiful shades of green. I missed the turtle completely when I first viewed the shot. The greenery and the cat captured my attention.
