Flight in an Alien World*

I love taking butterfly pictures but sometimes it's hard for me to get a "unique" shot of them. If I couldn't get a unique shot I figured I would go for unique processing. Basically all it is is a layered shot of the Monarch, an IR graveyard, and the rust on my grill, add a few more tweeks and, voila!

I would love to here what you guys think of it!

Jessa, I really like the layered, textural effect of this scene...like a painting. The more I look, the more that I see in the background. Nice composition and lighting...I especially like the contrast of those bright spots on the wing Artistic and well done. MFC
