Thanks for the comments, Helen and MFC. I'm glad you liked the shot. I can take credit for only the photography, as a good friend of mine suggested the idea. Helen, I'm sorry to say this fly gave its life in the name of photography. I used a towel, rather than a swatter, to do the deed.---Deb

Nice lighting, clarity, and composition, Deb. I especially like the iridescence you captured on the fly's body. The central placement of the fly and ball gives even more prominence to the fly here...like a star performer on stage. Really clever and well done, Deb. MFC
