I Saw It In A Dream

I saw this in a dream. I'm not quite sure what to make of it or what it means (in my dream)? Is it a fantasy view of a woman's leg? Is it water flowing in some magical way? Is it a fiber optic cable twisted in some off way? Whatever it is, I'm sure you the viewer will be able to assist me in determining exactly what this is, wont' you? So many questions :-)
