I've posted this shot here before, so it may not be new to some of you. However, if a combination of dynamic movement and framing qualifies as the "decisive moment", this one certainly qualifies. This is also an example of the "fishing" to which Andy and others referred. I did "lie in waiting" for this one, but the specific guy - dressed as he is - was a total surprise and delight. A warm, mid-summer's evening, and a guy in a trenchcoat and hat? What are the chances? A split second later and this opportunity was gone... not to be repeated.
