Please Don't Bury Me (Down In The Cold, Cold Ground)
by Jerry Curtis

An old John Prine song

I know... I'm dating myself, but I always found that song catchy.
Here's a link to the lyrics in case anyone's interested: http://sniff.numachi.com/~rickheit/dtrad/pages/tiDONTBURY.html

Beautiful scene, and good idea for the song title!

I like your treatment of this shot. The detail has been maintained in both the hilights (snow) and shadows, well done. Even though there is a large DOF, it still has a 3D feel to it. -- Chris

Geesh thats a perfect title song! haha. Well your photo has some chilling emotion there! Nice capture. I like how you've used it at the STF forum also, Jerry. And yes, I noted to Penelope, I felt sorry for you too, being flanked by those two it's tough!!!! ;~)
